Virtual Personal Trainer
Cara D'Orazio is both a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She seeks to give you the total fitness experience in minimal time by activating every muscle group in each class.
Cara is certified through the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), which is the most rigorous and respected certification in the industry. She is also certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association.)
Cara is proficient in Barre, Pilates, TRX, kettlebell, and is a specialist in sports conditioning. She has created the L.E.T.S. (Lengthen, Elongate, Tone, and Stretch) Werq! TM format. This intertwines highly specific Pilates and Barre-based moves with low-impact cardio.
